JPMorganChase is seeking a Sr Lead Software Engineer to advance reliability across the Market Risk Technology team. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle improvements, design and implement infrastructure components, and influence stakeholders with measurable reliability outcomes.

The role emphasizes enterprise AI capabilities, incident analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure secure and scalable software releases for the firm.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with depth in one or more technical disciplines.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve reliability engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted operational recommendations and follow data sensitivity requirements.
• Ability to understand how systems relate and use a breadth of tools to drive automation and reliability for the firm.
• Experience translating research, analysis, and tests into business recommendations.
