Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in the Enterprise Technology, Infrastructure Platforms team. You will be a core technical contributor shaping secure, scalable technology solutions across multiple domains and business functions.

You will lead design, development, testing, and operational stability while leveraging enterprise AI-assisted development tools and strong CI/CD practices to improve quality, speed, and reliability of software products.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operations.
Proficient in at least one programming language.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others' code.
Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
Applies SDLC tools and automation to increase value realized by automation.
Identifies opportunities to automate remediation for stability.
Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and teams for architecture applicability.
