Job summary

HarmonyTech is seeking a Lead Software Developer to guide an agile team in designing and implementing an enterprise Receivership Management suite. The role is based in Northern VA and requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain public trust clearance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a hands-on lead developer and deep expertise in Java, Oracle, WebLogic, WebSphere and Business Objects. Preference for Azure and Documentum experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years as a hands-on lead developer delivering enterprise IT applications.
• Expert knowledge of software tools, platforms and processes to support the technology stack.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem solving in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile SDLC and ability to translate requirements into working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on detailed specifications for translations into structured applications per CIOO standards.
• Ensure on-time delivery to meet business performance expectations.
• Supervise documentation and client user guides following standards and client needs.
