Job summary

HarmonyTech is seeking a talented Lead Software Developer in Northern VA to lead, design, and implement enterprise IT solutions within a Receivership Management suite. The role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance.

5+ years of hands-on leadership and strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle APEX and Oracle PL/SQL, and experience with enterprise architectures, cloud migration, and modernizing systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise IT applications
• Hands on experience in Technology Stack above
• Excellent understanding and experience with Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Migration, Enterprise Security and Systems Modernization
• Experience with Agile SDLC and tools
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users, the team, and leadership
• Innovative, results-oriented and focused on delivering on time and with quality

Responsibilities

• Advise others on detailed specifications for translations into structure application programs conforming to established CIOO methodology and standards.
• Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations.
• Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation, application operational procedures and client user guide in accordance with standards and client needs.
