Job summary

HarmonyTech is seeking a Lead Software Developer to join an agile team in Northern Virginia. You will lead design and implementation of enterprise Receivership Management applications and guide others on technical specifications.

Requires US citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance; 5+ years as hands-on lead developer, strong Java/Oracle/WebLogic/WebSphere/Business Objects skills, and experience with enterprise architectures and cloud migration. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on lead developer experience
• Expert knowledge of databases and related tools
• Excellent communication across organizational levels
• Experience with Agile SDLC and tools
• Ability to lead and design enterprise IT applications

Responsibilities

• Advise on translating specifications into structured programs meeting CIOO standards
• Ensure on-time completion of work to meet performance expectations
• Supervise documentation and client user guide preparation
• Lead and manage development projects using the required tech stack
