HarmonyTech is seeking a talented Lead Software Developer in Northern VA to lead, design and implement an enterprise Asset Marketing and Management suite with a high-performing agile team.

Required: a BA/BS in computer science, 5+ years as a hands-on lead developer, expert in Java, WebSphere, SQL Server, Business Objects, Infosphere, and Azure Cloud; strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on lead developer.
• Experience with enterprise IT applications and architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud migration and security.

Responsibilities

• Advise on detailed specifications for translations into structured programs following CIOO standards.
• Accountable for on-time delivery to meet business performance expectations.
• Supervise documentation and client user guides per standards and needs.
