Job summary

HarmonyTech is seeking a Lead Software Developer to guide a high-performing agile team in designing and implementing an enterprise Asset Marketing and Management suite. The role requires expertise in Java, WebSphere, SQL Server, and cloud technologies, with a focus on architecture, security, and modernization.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in computer science and at least 5 years as a hands-on lead developer, capable of coordinating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on lead development experience.
• Experience with enterprise IT architectures, cloud migration, and security.
• Strong communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise others on detailed specifications for translations into structured application programs conforming to established CIOO methodology and standards.
• Accountable for completing work on time to meet business performance expectations.
• Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation, operational procedures and client user guides as required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users, the team, and leadership.
