Job summary
HarmonyTech is seeking a talented Lead Software Developer to lead and implement enterprise Asset Marketing and Management solutions. The role is based in Northern VA and requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain public trust clearance.
You will guide a high-performing agile team, design architecture, and deliver complex software using the listed technology stack. A BA/BS in CS or related field and 5+ years as a hands-on lead developer are required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on lead development experience
- Experience designing enterprise IT applications
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Migration, and Security
- Experience with Agile SDLC and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication with business users and leadership
Responsibilities
- Advise on detailed specifications for translating CIOO methodology into structured applications
- Ensure on-time completion to meet performance goals
- Supervise documentation and client user guides
- Lead project teams and manage development activities
- Communicate effectively across business, team, and leadership
