HarmonyTech is seeking a Lead Software Developer to drive design and implementation of an enterprise Receivership Management suite. The role is based in Northern VA and requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on lead developer
• Experience designing enterprise IT applications
• Excellent understanding of Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Migration, Enterprise Security and Systems Modernization
• Experience with Agile SDLC and tools
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users, the team, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Advise others on detailed specifications for translations into structured application programs conforming to CIOO methodology and standards
• Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations
• Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation, application operational procedures and client user guides
• Lead and design the enterprise Receivership Management suite of applications
• Collaborate with agile team to deliver high-quality software on schedule
• Ensure compliance with established CIOO methodologies and client needs
