Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own the RES product vision, roadmap, and backlog. You will provide hands-on leadership across platform, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver resiliency evidence contracts, schemas, and telemetry while aligning with regulatory expectations and RTO/RPO targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform, or software engineering within a regulated environment.
• Proven product ownership: roadmaps, backlogs, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on experience with cloud, containers, IaC, and security-conscious delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release milestones for RES.
• Lead cross‑team planning, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Define architectures, contracts, and integration patterns for resiliency evidence.
• Drive secure SDLC practices and champion observability and incident response.
