Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a Lead Alarm Security Professional to join a collaborative team delivering white-glove residential security installations. The role emphasizes visits to customer sites, system design improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance while partnering with the care team to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential alarm installs, excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, and is comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of industry experience in residential alarm installations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Experience with alarm panels such as Qolsys 4/5, Honeywell Vista 20/128, DSC 1864/1616, Concord 4 and familiarity with DMP, 2GIG, Ademco.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and install/replace system components.
• Drill, drop, and run wires in multi-level homes; test equipment functionality.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure safe, clean workspaces.
• Provide recommendations to improve customer systems and ensure compliance.
