Job summary

Brinks Home in Philadelphia seeks a Lead Alarm Security Professional to lead residential installation projects, design custom systems, and ensure white-glove customer experiences. You will visit customer sites, perform walkthroughs, install and test equipment, and collaborate with the care team to meet all needs.

The role requires 5+ years of residential alarm experience, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential alarm installations experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high quality results.
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Good driving record and valid license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of how alarm systems operate.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and heights.
• Able to work in crawlspaces, attics, and basements.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites for walkthroughs and system design.
• Install and test alarm systems with appropriate enhancements.
• Serve as tech expert in residential custom home installations.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and repair as needed.
• Drill, pull, and run wires in multi-level homes.
• Replace or install components: add-ons, conversions, takeovers, new installs.
• Maintain and record inventory transactions job to job.
• Ensure proper functionality and signal verification to establish service.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usability for customers.
• Maintain safety, workspace, and a clean fleet vehicle.
