Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a seasoned Lead Alarm & Certified Security Professional to deliver high-quality residential security systems and white-glove customer service. You will design, install, and test custom security solutions while guiding junior team members and coordinating with care teams to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of residential alarm experience, strong problem-solving skills, a sharp eye for detail, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in residential alarm installations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Good driving record and Valid driver’s license.
• Must be ok with climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Must be ok working in tight spaces such as crawlspaces, attics and basements.

Responsibilities

• Design systems for new installations and customer walkthroughs.
• Install, replace, and service alarm components.
• Troubleshoot technical problems.
• Test equipment and verify signals for service activation.
• Maintain inventory records by job site.
• Drive quality customer experiences with clean workspaces and professional demeanor.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usage for customers.
