Brinks Home in Miami, FL seeks a Lead Alarm & Certified Security Professional to design and install custom home security systems, mentor technicians, and ensure top-tier customer service on every project.

You will conduct site visits, perform walkthroughs, configure equipment such as Qolsys, Honeywell, DSC, and Concord panels, and maintain safety and quality standards while collaborating with the care team to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in residential alarm installations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality results.
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install and service alarm systems at customer sites, including walkthroughs and design of systems.
• Replace/install components: add-ons, conversions, takeovers, new installs and service.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and verify signals to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain inventory records and proper documentation for each job.
