Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, Massachusetts, is seeking a General Manager to lead end-to-end site operations for the GBU Biologics and Cell Therapy units, ensuring safety, quality, and supply reliability while advancing an integrated campus model.

This role drives transformation through AI, analytics, and Industry 4.0, oversees capital projects, and partners with regulatory authorities to maintain inspections readiness and strong governance across the Devens site.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing with senior leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale biologics or cell therapy operations is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements; experience with regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-range Devens strategy aligned with BMS network and Cell Therapy growth.
• Oversee biologics drug substance manufacturing operations with safety and quality focus.
• Lead campus governance, shared services, and cross-unit collaboration for Biologics and Cell Therapy.
• Drive multi-year transformation and integration of the GBU and Cell Therapy into a single campus model.
• Champion Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation across site operations.
• Manage P&L and capital projects, ensuring financial discipline and ROI.
