Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy in Devens, MA, to support routine manufacturing operations under cGMP in a cell therapy environment. You will execute SOP-driven tasks, document batch records, and work across shifts with safety and quality at the forefront.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy, strong aseptic skills, and the ability to train others while adhering to GMP standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in cGMP bioprocessing/manufacturing or cell therapy environments.
• Ability to work in cleanroom and aseptic processing settings.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations per SOPs and batch records in a cell therapy setting.
• Document activities and ensure compliance with quality systems and GMP.
• Assist with facility and equipment setup and commissioning activities.
• Train others on SOPs and work instructions for manufacturing operations.
• Support investigations and identify process improvements.
