Job summary

Bristol MyersSquibb is seeking a Technical Lead for the 5PM-5AM rotating shift in Devens, MA. The role serves as the shift's technical expert for GMP-compliant manufacturing of therapeutic proteins, executing complex production processes and leading real-time decisions.

You will oversee routine and advanced manufacturing tasks, drive process improvements, mentor operators, manage investigations and CAPAs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• B.S. in science/engineering/biochemistry or related discipline.
• 5+ years of GMP-regulated process operations in automated biotech/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/SOPs and upstream/downstream operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting Shift Supervisor/Manager in absence of leadership.
• Lead real-time process monitoring and decision making.
• Drive process improvements and technology implementation with project teams.
• Mentor and coach operators to ensure quality and safety.
• Support investigations, CAPAs, and safety initiatives.
