Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Analytics AI, a key area at the intersection of AI, data, and analytics UX. You’ll lead the Analytics Agent, enabling trusted performance insights and actionable recommendations within Klaviyo’s platform.

You will shape AI-driven dashboards, data visualization, and the modernization of query infrastructure, while steering multi-brand analytics experiences across the Enterprise segment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered products with data grounding and evaluation.
• Strong data analytics background with focus on accuracy and trusted metrics.
• UX judgment for complex data experiences; translate queries into intuitive patterns.
• Experience with platform migrations or large-scale infrastructure transitions.
• Ability to influence multiple teams and write rigorous AI/data specs.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for Analytics Agent across five pillars.
• Design and implement quality-evals and gold production cases for AI.
• Define AI-generated analytics UX integrating charts and dashboards.
• Plan migration priorities for query infrastructure without surface gaps.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Analytics & activation experiences.
• Write clear, rigorous specs for data-heavy features.
