Klaviyo in Palo Alto is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own both the ML models and the platform that makes building them possible. You will balance model quality with infrastructure, connect platform investments to customer impact, and define how we measure success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in ML/AI or data platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of ML systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to translate platform investments into customer outcomes.
• Capable of driving decisions as the sole PM in a technical environment.
• Experience balancing long-term investments with near-term needs.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience moving roadmaps across ML, data science, infrastructure, and product teams.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy and roadmap for core predictive models and agent capabilities.
• Own ML Platform roadmap: training infra (DART/Ray), MLflow, model serving, and feature pipelines.
• Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure model quality.
• Partner with engineering leadership on build vs. buy decisions across the ML stack.
• Connect platform and modeling investments to customer outcomes with GTM teams.
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and cost efficiency for ML workloads.
• Reduce developer experience friction for ML/AI engineers shipping models.
• Help shape the ML platform to meet evolving agent/LLM workloads.
