Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development delivering production-grade software.
• Hands-on system design, development, testing, and production stability.
• Experience in enterprise environments using modern programming languages and database query languages.
• Proficiency in multiple languages with deep expertise in at least one.
• Strong background building distributed Java 8+ applications, REST APIs, microservices, and Spring Boot.
• Experience delivering multi-threaded, high-throughput, mission-critical systems.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools with focus on correctness, performance, security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs.

Responsibilities

• Designs software solutions and performs debugging and troubleshooting with strong engineering judgment.
• Drives team adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and security.
• Applies SDLC tools to improve automation and value realization.
• Creates architecture and design artifacts for complex applications with adherence to constraints.
• Analyzes large datasets to produce visualizations and drive system improvements.
• Identifies hidden patterns to improve coding hygiene, observability, and architecture.
• Improves reliability through automated testing, CI/CD, resiliency patterns, and secure-by-design practices.
• Develops reusable services and components for consistency and scalability.
• Evaluates emerging technologies to deliver measurable engineering and business value.
• Collaborates within agile teams to deliver outcomes with clear ownership.
