Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• 8+ years in full lifecycle development and leading software engineers.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows including data sensitivity and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and solves complex problems beyond routine approaches.
• Writes secure high-quality code using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and reliability.
• Monitors and ensures reliability for infrastructure and models using monitoring tools.
• Leads architectural discussions and technical decision-making across teams.
