JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President - Lead Infrastructure Engineer in Texas to lead storage and infrastructure platforms within Corporate Sector – Infrastructure Platforms. You will drive design, deployment, and resiliency for enterprise-scale infrastructure, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable services.

The role requires deep storage expertise, Linux/ESX experience, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure infrastructure in a regulated financial

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to projects of moderate-to-high scope with design, development and troubleshooting
• This role is part of Storage SRE team with expert knowledge of storage technologies like Powerflex, PURE, PowerMax and SolidFire
• Hands-on experience in Iscsi, TCP/IP, NVMe storage products
• Knowledge of Object products like StorageGRID and file products like ONTAP/Isilon is preferred
• Be part of 24/7 follow-the-sun model to support storage infrastructure
• Knowledge of incident, change and problem management
• Knowledge of Linux/ESX compute environment is a plus
• Drive workstreams to modernize infrastructure and resiliency
• Advise on data, systems and implications to protect performance
• Collaborate to architect scalable, resilient infra solutions
• Act as senior technical resource and mentor engineers
