Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join the Corporate Sector - Infrastructure Platforms. You will apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and processes within infrastructure engineering, driving performance and resilience while expanding cross-functional expertise.

As a key team member, you will evolve technical capabilities and collaborate with vendors, including IBM, to coordinate hardware replacements and disaster recovery exercises.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience reviewing AI-assisted recommendations for resiliency and security.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to projects of moderate scope and design solutions.
• Work with IBMi infrastructure hardware and software to modernize tech processes.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Lead a workstream across infrastructure technologies and coordinate with other platforms.
• Assess upstream/downstream data implications and advise on mitigations.
• Implement reusable, AI-assisted delivery and automation, ensuring traceability.
