Job summary

Directions for Living in Largo, FL is seeking a professional supervisor for the Homeless Outreach Mobile Engagement (HOME) program. You will provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to Counselors, Behavioral Health Case Managers, Care Coordinators, and other staff while ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and 2+ years leadership experience.
Experience in outpatient mental health or homeless services preferred.
Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; able to use multiple electronic systems.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to counselors and care teams.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Monitor performance, documentation quality and productivity.
