Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in the Human Services field with leadership experience.
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to learn electronic systems.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; experience with electronic health records.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid Florida driver license.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to Behavioral Health Case Managers and assigned team members.
- Oversee service and administrative operations of the Targeted Prevention Program.
- Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal programs, healthcare providers, housing partners, and community agencies.
- Monitor performance and ensure client-facing, client care service expectations.
