Fivetran is seeking a Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications to shape how employees experience our company worldwide. You’ll write stellar communications, design listening mechanisms, and build programs that recognize and connect people across our organization.

You’ll craft scalable frameworks, leverage data from surveys and engagement metrics, and partner with leaders to drive culture, transparency, and impact in a remote-first environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement with excellent writing.
• Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.
• Experience building or running employee recognition programs.
• Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming for distributed/remote teams.
• Strong ability to analyze and present data accurately and tell a clear story.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and lead and execute independently as a senior individual contributor.
• Experience working cross-collaboratively with employees and executives at all levels.
• Fluent in best practices across internal communication channels.

Mansioni

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework for People and COO organizations.
• Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across our wiki and other channels.
• Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements; support leadership on change communications.
• Manage and optimize internal channels (email, intranet, Slack) and develop a crisis communications plan.
• Design and run an employee listening framework across groups and quarterly cadence.
• Build and document a company-wide recognition framework and pilot it with an initial team.
• Integrate recognition into tools like Slack and Workday and align with company values.
• Identify and launch culture initiatives aligned with top company values and track awareness.
• Plan and deliver company events and community programming with attendance and satisfaction goals.
• Analyze survey results and engagement data to tell a story that informs decisions.
