Job summary

Fivetran is seeking an experienced Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications to shape how employees hear and engage with the company. You will write, design listening mechanisms, and build programs that make people feel heard, valued, and connected across global teams.

You’ll create scalable frameworks, analyze engagement data, and collaborate with executives to align communications with company priorities, culture, and events. A high-impact, cross-functional IC role awaits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement.
• Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.
• Experience building or running employee recognition programs.
• Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming, including for distributed/remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework, spanning both the People and COO organizations.
• Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across our internal wiki and other channels.
• Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements.
• Support leadership on change and reorg communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in.
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms).
• Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan for unexpected events affecting the company and its employees.
