Safelite is seeking a Lead, Digital Operations to design, operate, and continuously improve the mechanisms that connect planning, portfolio visibility, performance, and decision making across Digital. You’ll lead core operating rhythms, build performance views, and leverage AI to accelerate delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, digital operations, business operations, program management, product management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading planning, portfolio, or performance mechanisms across multiple product or cross-functional teams.
• Fluency using AI for analysis, synthesis, reporting, workflow automation, and operational improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Digital Operating Cadence and planning rhythms across Digital.
• Run quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, and performance reviews.
• Maintain integrated portfolio views showing priorities, capacity, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Surface competing priorities and dependencies early to inform decisions and investments.
• Build AI-enabled operating workflows and measure impact on cycle time, quality, and decision speed.
• Work with Finance, Analytics, Product and Technology to maintain trusted measures and definitions.
