Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a UX & Predictive Experience Lead Researcher to accelerate learning in our digital product org. You will blend first‑party data, predictive modeling, AI, experimentation, and direct customer research to inform faster, better product decisions.

You will report to the Director of Product Design and lead this capability as a senior individual contributor across research, design, product, analytics, and data science.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in UX research, behavioral science, data science, or related disciplines.
• Experience building predictive or simulation models with first‑party data.
• Strong statistics, experimentation, and uncertainty handling.
• Fluency in Python or R and SQL; ability to connect data to user motivation.

Responsibilities

• Increase learning velocity by building a learning system that reduces uncertainty early.
• Develop predictive experience capabilities and synthetic customer models to guide decisions.
• Connect behavioral signals with qualitative research to explain the 'why'.
• Translate evidence into actionable guidance for product and design teams.
• Operate in continuous discovery and delivery with AI and experimentation.
