Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Product Director, Agentic Experiences to own the agentic roadmap across customer, client, and colleague audiences. You will turn vision into an executable strategy, then lead discovery, delivery, and optimization with a team of product managers overseeing multiple spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience turning vision into executable roadmaps across multiple audiences.
• Ability to run discovery, experimentation, and delivery at scale.
• Proven leadership of product managers and cross-functional partners.
• Fluent with AI tools and production-grade AI-powered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic roadmap across customer, client, and colleague audiences.
• Translate vision into executable roadmap and clear priorities.
• Lead discovery and delivery day-to-day from problem definition to launch.
• Make tradeoff decisions based on impact, value, effort, and risk.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers and partner with engineering.
