Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Digital Product Manager, Agentic Experiences to build intelligent products that create customer and business value. This remote-friendly role reports to the Product Director and owns a defined space within the agentic portfolio, shaping direction from discovery to delivery.

You will work with AI-native tools, analyze interaction data, and partner with Design and Engineering to translate learnings into capabilities that improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled digital products.
• Strong judgment connecting customer needs, business priorities, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for agentic experiences.
• Lead discovery with Design, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and business partners.
• Develop hypotheses using customer insight and data.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate learning.
• Collaborate with teams to implement changes and measure impact.
