Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Digital Events Senior Lead to own the health and roadmap of our webinar platforms, shaping product strategy, governance, adoption, and operational excellence across global marketing teams.

You’ll manage vendor relationships, track KPIs, drive adoption, and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance while partnering with Security, Compliance, Procurement and Legal to deliver scalable, compliant experiences for thousands of prospects and customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital product or program management experience.
• Experience owning a product roadmap with prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Proven enterprise SaaS vendor management, contracts, and SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder management bridging business and engineering.
• Familiar with AI in marketing and evaluating vendor AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of enterprise event tech and martech integrations.
• Experience defining and tracking digital engagement KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize global needs to shape platform roadmap priorities.
• Define and maintain webinar tech product roadmap with vendor advisory.
• Manage enterprise webinar vendor relationships, renewals, SLAs, and security.
• Define and track platform KPIs and translate data into direction.
• Drive platform adoption across global marketing and sales teams.
• Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance with Security and Compliance.
• Govern platform operations including roles and escalation paths.
