Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Lead to scale its digital events ecosystem. You’ll own the end-to-end health and roadmap of webinar technology platforms, ensuring global marketing teams have best-in-class tools and that tens of thousands of prospects and customers experience Salesforce webinars.

You will define a forward-looking roadmap, govern vendor relationships, and drive adoption across global marketing and sales teams while aligning with privacy, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product/program/operations management or related field.
• Ability to own a platform roadmap with prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS vendor relationships and contracts.
• Exceptional stakeholder management bridging non-technical and product teams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to marketing tech and vendor roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise event tech platforms and integrations.
• Experience defining and tracking digital engagement KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Voice of the Marketer; shape roadmap priorities and governance decisions.
• Own the webinar technology product roadmap and engage vendor beta programs.
• Manage enterprise vendor relationships, including licensing, renewals, SLA governance, and QBRs.
• Define and track platform KPIs and translate data into product direction.
• Drive platform adoption through standard processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance, security, and opt-in marketing requirements.
• Oversee platform operations, governance, roles, and escalation paths.
