Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product management, program management, product operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to own a product or platform roadmap and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with Voice of the Marketer.
• Working familiarity with AI and ML concepts as applied to marketing tech.
• Strong understanding of enterprise event technology platforms and integrations.
• Experience defining and tracking digital engagement KPIs and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize global marketer needs to shape platform roadmap priorities and governance decisions.
• Own the webinar technology product roadmap and engage vendors/beta programs.
• Manage enterprise vendor relationships including licensing, renewals, SLA governance, and quarterly reviews.
• Define and track platform KPIs and translate performance data into roadmap direction.
• Drive platform adoption by promoting standard processes and cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance and security with Security and Compliance teams.
• Oversee platform operations, roles/permissions, intake processes, and escalation paths.
