Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data product management.
• Proven track record defining and delivering enterprise-grade data platform roadmaps.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, with strong Snowflake knowledge.
• Executive communication skills; ability to influence VP+ and align across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the analytics backlog for Messaging Platform capabilities and prioritize work based on business value, effort, and risks.
• Create standardized data schemas, logging protocols, and ingestion cadences; produce developer-ready specs.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks to measure platform health and usage enterprise-wide.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science leadership to shape pipeline design and platform architecture.
• Define UAT frameworks, business-rule checks, and signs-off for analytics deployments.
• Own the requirements and reporting source of truth for the analytics platform and uplift data literacy across teams.
