Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Data Analytics Senior Lead to govern the analytics roadmap for Marketing Cloud messaging, translating business needs into standardized data architectures and scalable reporting. You will bridge business stakeholders and data engineering, shaping end-to-end analytics from dashboards to AI applications.

Qualifications

8–12+ years in business intelligence or data analytics with enterprise data platforms.
Proven ownership of analytics roadmaps and data products.
Strong SQL and Tableau skills; knowledge of Snowflake and event analytics.
Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Govern analytics backlog for Messaging Platform capabilities and prioritize by business value.
Define data schemas, logging protocols, and ingestion cadences; specs for engineering.
Develop KPI frameworks to measure platform health and adoption enterprise-wide.
Partner with Data Engineering/Data Science to shape pipelines and architecture.
Define UAT, validation checks, and sign-off criteria for deployments.
Build enablement programs to raise data literacy and self-serve analytics.
