Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data Analytics Senior Lead to govern the analytics roadmap for Marketing Cloud messaging capabilities. You will translate business requirements into standardized analytics strategies, data architectures, and scalable reporting, interfacing between stakeholders and data engineering teams.

The role requires 8–12+ years in BI/data analytics, strong SQL/Tableau skills, and experience owning an analytics roadmap.

Qualifications

8-12+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data product management.
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, with knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing and analytics concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
Ownership of analytics roadmaps and collaboration with data engineering and data science leadership.

Responsibilities

Govern analytics backlog for Messaging Platform capabilities and align with business value and engineering effort.
Define standardized data schemas, logging protocols, and ingestion cadences; produce developer-ready specs.
Design and deploy KPI frameworks to measure platform health and adoption enterprise-wide.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to shape pipeline design and system architecture at the platform level.
Set UAT and validation standards for analytics deployments before launch.
Create enablement programs to raise data literacy and self-serve analytics across Marketing and Operations.
