Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data product management with enterprise-grade data platform roadmaps.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau with Snowflake data warehousing architectures and behavioral analytics concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence VP+ and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap Governance: author, sequence, and manage the analytics backlog for Messaging Platform capabilities; evaluate trade-offs based on business value, engineering effort, and dependency risks to secure cross-functional consensus.
• Requirements Architecture & Data Taxonomy: define standardized business dimensions, data schemas, logging protocols, and ingestion cadences; produce developer-ready technical specs that set architectural standards.
• Audit & Performance Frameworks: drive gap analyses to surface untracked events and schema blind spots; design and deploy KPI frameworks for platform health and adoption.
• Cross-Functional Program Leadership: partner with Data Engineering/Data Science leadership to shape pipeline design and system architecture at the platform level.
• Launch Quality Standards: set UAT framework, business-rule checks, and sign-off criteria for deployments.
• Organizational Enablement & Governance: own requirements and reporting source of truth; raise data literacy and self-serve analytics adoption.
