Responsibilities

• Define analytics backlog and governance for Messaging Platform capabilities.
• Produce developer-ready specs; standardize data schemas and ingestion cadences.
• Design KPI frameworks for platform health and feature adoption enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science leadership on pipeline design and architecture.
• Set and validate launch quality standards including UAT framework and checks.
• Own reporting sources of truth and enable data literacy across marketing and operations.
