International Motors in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Senior Lead Controls Engineer to drive controls strategy and lead cross‑functional teams in a high‑volume manufacturing setting. You will design, program, and optimize Siemens PLC/HMI/SCADA systems for engine and transmission assembly lines, while mentoring junior engineers and technicians.
You will oversee installation, commissioning, and long‑term support, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance improvements through root‑cause analysis
Formación
- Minimum 5 years in product manufacturing with leadership experience.
- Experience leading controls projects from concept through commissioning.
- Strong understanding of industrial networks and power distribution.
Responsabilidades
- Lead controls strategies to maximize uptime and throughput on assembly lines.
- Serve as primary controls escalation point for cross‑functional teams.
