Job summary

2220 Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking a senior HVAC service expert to diagnose, repair and maintain complex commercial systems. You will lead field activities, mentor technicians, and address challenging service issues with professionalism.

You will work with our Field Supervisor to plan audits, supervise jobs, and ensure safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, EPA 608 certification, and a proven track record of delivering reliable, high‑quality

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• Minimum 6+ years in commercial HVAC service.
• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train technicians and assist Field Supervisor with audits and planning.
• Perform service and maintenance on HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues professionally and timely.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Record service activities and complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Promote safety, compliance, and high customer satisfaction.
