Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking a senior HVAC expert to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems in the Columbus area. You will mentor technicians, lead field activities, and oversee audits and planning to ensure high quality service.

A strong background in heating, ventilation, and refrigeration and excellent customer interaction are required. You will work closely with the Field Supervisor, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure safety procedures are followed while delivering

Qualifications

• EPA 608 universal certification required or as specified by state regulations.
• Advanced skills servicing commercial heating and cooling systems and related equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Trains technicians and assists with field leadership activities such as work planning and audits.
• Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains complex HVAC systems at commercial sites.
• Lead service calls, document activities, and ensure timely, courteous customer support.
• Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent potential breakdowns on site.
• Promote products and services while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
