Engineering Excellence is seeking a senior HVAC service expert to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems across multiple sites. You will mentor technicians, supervise field activities, and support planning and audits while ensuring timely, accurate service.

A strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional conduct is expected. The role requires advanced HVAC skills, EPA 608 certification, and a willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• OSHA safety certifications preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in commercial HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Trains technicians and assists with audits and site supervision.
• Performs service calls on commercial HVAC systems and diagnoses issues.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Delivers excellent customer service and coordinates with dispatch.
• Aids field leadership with planning and estimating.
