Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking a senior HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and service complex commercial HVAC systems. You will mentor technicians, assist with field leadership, and help plan jobs while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. EPA 608 is required and strong diagnostic skills are essential.

Eligible candidates have advanced HVAC knowledge, read wiring diagrams, balance airflow, and lift heavy equipment as needed. A valid driver's license is required for on-site travel.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal required.
• Advanced HVAC service experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Strong diagnostic and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and safety awareness.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Trains other technicians and assists Field Supervisor with audits.
• Performs service on commercial HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Diagnoses problems and provides timely, courteous customer support.
• Inspects equipment and conducts routine maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Drives safe and professional on-site operations and documentation.
• Ensures proper use and inventory of parts and tools.
