Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platform delivery, including deployment and operations.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure architecture principles: networking, IAM, governance.
• Proficiency in programming languages with automation scripting and tooling.
• Ability to translate customer needs into architecture with resiliency and security considerations.
• Experience applying enterprise AI capabilities within engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Guide end-to-end cloud platform adoption with engineering teams across lines of business.
• Deliver technical guidance, tooling, and enablement to reduce friction and accelerate value.
• Contribute to multi-year adoption roadmaps and surface customer needs.
• Build and maintain automation scripts and self-service capabilities.
• Create platform documentation and training materials aligned with product state.
• Develop and validate AI-enabled infrastructure recommendations.
