JPMorganChase is seeking a Sr Lead Infrastructure Architect to drive cloud platform adoption across lines of business and to shape the platform's long-term direction. You will partner with engineering teams to deliver tooling, automation, and self-service capabilities that reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value.

The role requires deep expertise in infrastructure architecture, including networking, IAM, governance, and security, plus hands-on cloud delivery and programming skills.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure architecture concepts.
• Hands-on cloud platform delivery including deployment and operations.
• Deep knowledge of networking, IAM, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Guide end-to-end cloud platform adoption across lines of business.
• Deliver design outcomes for moderate-to-high complexity initiatives.
• Contribute to multi-year adoption roadmaps with product and architecture teams.
• Build and maintain automation scripts, guided workflows, and self-service tooling.
• Develop platform documentation and training materials aligned with current state.
• Apply enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate enablement work with proper data handling.
• Identify friction points and translate them into actionable feedback for product teams.
• Evaluate new infrastructure technologies and provide structured feedback.
• Support training programs for platform adopters to enable onboarding.
