Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join the Infrastructure Engineering team. The role demands deep and broad knowledge across software, applications, and technical processes with a specialization to drive programs spanning multiple technologies.

You will lead technologists, guide teams toward strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery aligned with business objectives and security standards in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• : 12+ years’ experience deploying Microsoft Communication and Collaboration products in a hybrid environment.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, and Identity Management.
• Experience leading teams of technologists.
• Ability to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned against a set of strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments.
• Adept in specific infrastructure technology and programming languages (e.g., Scripting, Python, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex data and systems, anticipating issues, and finding ways to mitigate risk
• Architects and implements changes across platforms to modernize technology processes
• Be responsible for infrastructure engineering in accordance with business requirements
• Drives results and implements multiple complex programs
• Drives thought leadership within the product line
• Executes work according to compliance standards, risk and security, and business objectives
• Advises junior engineers and technologists
