Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior lead to manage major client accounts and a portfolio of capital projects, including data centers and critical facilities. You will drive client retention, growth, and strategic advisory while leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex project financials.

You will oversee governance, risk management, and value engineering, applying cutting-edge PMIS, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction/project management with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience delivering large and complex capital projects, preferably data centers or similar facilities.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and drive project financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior lead for major client accounts or extensive project portfolios, ensuring top-tier service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support growth.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and fee proposal development and management.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow Infrastructure & Capital Projects services.
• Oversee financial performance including revenue tracking, margins, AR, and forecasting.
