Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior civil project professional in the United States to lead and manage comprehensive capital projects from strategy through handover, including data centers, grid and infrastructure programs.

You will work across project teams to ensure scope, budget and schedule alignment, while leveraging AI-enabled project controls and a strong client focus. The role requires field leadership, client engagement, and rigorous documentation throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• PE Licensure and/or CCM holder.
• 5-8+ years of experience in inspection and claims preparation.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strong relationship with the Client to support repeat business opportunities.
• Analyze, understand, and review contract documents, plans, specs and geotechnical reports.
• Assist with preconstruction services including constructability reviews and cost estimating.
• Oversee administration of project processes (Submittals, RFIs, Pay Apps, Change Management).
• Facilitate project meetings and review pay applications for accuracy and timeliness.
• Review change order requests for proper documentation and costs.
• Monitor Contractors’ Baseline Schedules for compliance with contract requirements.
• Identify changes during construction affecting cost or schedule and document accordingly.
• Maintain progress, performance, completion reports, purchase requests, requisitions and claims documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Team to develop and implement field solutions and conduct Change Order negotiations.
