Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned project leader to serve as Owner’s Representative for complex data center, power, and infrastructure programs. You will build client relationships, provide strategic guidance, and oversee capital projects from planning through handover.

You will lead planning and delivery, coordinate controls, manage risk and cost, and present governance materials to executives. This role requires deep experience in construction, program management, and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CM/PM/engineering/architecture.
• 10+ years in data center industry with MEP knowledge.
• 15+ years in construction, capital projects or program management.
• Experience across project controls: cost, schedule, risk, change, governance, reporting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, building client relationships and guiding complex projects.
• Support business development through industry expertise and thought leadership.
• Act as Owner’s Representative, overseeing projects from planning to handover.
• Lead planning and delivery to meet client budgets, schedules, and performance.
• Coordinate the project controls program across risk, schedule, cost, and governance.
• Drive program plans, priorities, deliverables, and action closure.
• Monitor inputs across project teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Prepare governance materials and executive-level performance updates.
